If you love Beautiful Blue but you’re more of a chocolate-and-nuts person than a berries person, this one’s for you. B.I.G. keeps the same Brazilian and Indian backbone and swaps Sumatra for Guatemala, trading the fruity edge for deep cocoa and a sweet, nutty finish.
Brazil brings the body and that roasted-nut richness. India keeps everything smooth and balanced. Guatemala adds cocoa and brown-sugar sweetness that lingers.
Flavour sensations I should feel: milk and dark chocolate, roasted hazelnut and a smooth cocoa finish.
Best for: espresso, flat whites and lattes – it loves milk. Just as good as a plunger on a slow Sunday.
