Named after one of Aotearoa’s most quoted TV moments, Dr Ropata is our 100% single origin Guatemala – no blending, no shortcuts, just one origin roasted to let it shine.
Grown in Guatemala’s high, volcanic coffee country, these beans are known for their sweetness and clean, bright finish. Expect a cup that’s easy to love and hard to put down.
Flavour sensations I should feel: cocoa and brown sugar with a soft citrus brightness and a clean, sweet finish.
Best for: long blacks, pour-over and plunger to taste every note – and it still makes a cracking flat white.
Roasted in small batches in Blenheim by The Yellow Roastery.
